Every proposal sets out the deliverables, the responsibilities and how we will check the work. The right scope might include:
Service pages, clear calls to action and quote forms designed around the details your customers need and the information your team can act on.
Crawlable content, useful page titles, local page planning, appropriate structured data and production performance checks.
A CMS for agreed business information, services and images, with a handover that shows you how to keep it current.
Consent-aware analytics and agreed conversion events, with search and enquiry data used to identify the next improvement.
Features depend on the package or individual scope. Software, integrations and third-party fees are agreed separately.
Every project follows the same four-step rhythm. You see progress weekly, know who to call, and get an honest answer when something needs a second round. No surprise invoices, no mystery project manager.
Talk through your customers, your working day and where opportunities are being lost. Agree the problem worth solving before choosing the solution.
Review the customer journey or business workflow, layouts and priorities. Agree a written scope, price and delivery plan.
Build in stages and test real tasks, mobile use, accessibility and performance. You see progress and can check the details as we go.
Plan the launch, hand over the tools and support the agreed release. Review enquiries or real usage to decide what should improve next.

Ashmore Bespoke came to us with a builder-site that felt slow and generic. We rebuilt the site around their services and introduced a clean booking system.
Built around your working day
Show completed work, collect better quote requests and keep recurring jobs and property records organised.
Make urgent calls easy, explain planned work and connect incoming enquiries to engineer and customer updates.

Individually scoped. We agree the users, workflows, integrations, data migration and ongoing support before quoting. Start with one useful release and a clear plan for what follows.
Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Website pricing covers the agreed design, build and launch. Hosting, domains, paid services, substantial copywriting, branding and content migration are quoted separately where needed. Third-party features and integrations are included only when stated in your proposal.
Optional maintenance starts at £49/month. Website hosting typically costs £10–£20/month; application hosting and support depend on usage and scope.

Ashmore is owner-led. You work directly with the person designing and building your project. Development is not outsourced, and there is no separate account manager between you and the work.
A website builder can be a sensible choice for a simple site you want to manage yourself. Bespoke work is useful when you need a particular customer journey, more control over content and performance, or software connected to your business. We will discuss the fit before recommending a build.
You are paying for the work to understand the business, design the right structure, build it, test real tasks and hand it over. Complex workflows, integrations and data migration take more work than a standard website. The proposal explains what is included.
A clearer, faster website can make it easier for visitors to contact you, but results also depend on demand, traffic, your offer and how enquiries are handled. We agree useful conversion measures where tracking is included. We do not promise a particular increase.
No. We build the technical foundations and useful content that help search engines understand the site. Rankings depend on competition and many factors outside our control. Nobody can responsibly guarantee a first-place result.
Under our terms, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project once payment is complete. Third-party tools and assets retain their own licences. We agree account access, source-code handover and hosting responsibilities so you know what is involved if another developer takes over.
The build and ongoing services are separate. Hosting, domains and paid tools have their own costs. Optional maintenance starts at £49 per month; the scope and terms are agreed in writing. Custom software may need a different support arrangement.
Website packages include a CMS for the agreed text and image updates. We identify what needs to be editable during scoping and show you how to use it at handover. More complex publishing workflows are scoped separately.
We prepare and test the replacement before changing the live site, and plan redirects, DNS and a rollback. The goal is a smooth switch, but the migration approach depends on your existing hosting, email and integrations. We cannot promise zero interruption in every setup.
Yes. We can scope customer portals, CRM-style applications, job tracking, dashboards and internal workflows as well as websites. We first check your existing tools and their integration options. API access, provider limits and any migration needs shape what is practical.
A typical website is planned over three to five weeks, depending on scope, content and feedback. Portals and custom software need their own delivery plan. We agree milestones before work starts and keep you informed as the project develops.
Website packages include 14, 30 or 60 days of post-launch support according to the tier. Custom software support is agreed in the proposal. After that, optional maintenance and further improvements can be arranged around what the business needs.
